Help — Influencer Account

Firstly – before we get into all the helpful stuff – thanks for being part of the amp&go community, together we can break down the barriers of influencer marketing, making it easy, simple and transparent for everyone.

Let’s do this! 🚀

amp&go

amp&go is an end-to-end platform that connects influencers to the best brands from around the globe. Founded by a previous employee of Apple, amp&go has expert knowledge and longstanding experience across digital & brand marketing. So if you’re looking to work on campaigns with your favorite products, platforms, mobile apps or games, then we’re for you.

1.0 amp&go Basic
1.1 How amp&go Basic Campaigns Work

Each amp&go basic campaign has an objective (impressions, engagements, video views or clicks) and a campaign goal. A campaign completes when that goal has been met. It’s really easy to find something cool that works for you. 😎

1.2 How Approvals Work

Once you’ve found an amp&go basic campaign you like, you apply to it by providing details on why you would be a good fit, and how many posts you would like to commit to. All your campaign applications, and post approvals then happen on amp&go, making it simple for you to dive in and make great content. ✅

1.3 How Payment Works

Once your posts have gone live, you’ll earn for every metric that you drive towards the campaign goal. So just think.. all of your impressions, engagements, video views and clicks are now basically a virtual currency. That virtual currency is actually $’s, and you earn them based on your performance. Unlike other platforms or services, there are no hidden charges, all the earnings you generate on amp&go are yours. Oh, and there’s no waiting around to get paid, you can transfer your balance directly into your PayPal account anytime! 💰

1.4 Your Performance Data

4.0 Your Account

It’s important to understand the ins and outs of your influencer account – all this information can be found below.

4.1 Creating a New Influencer Account – Information

After you’ve signed up and verified your email address, you’ll be prompted to Create Your Influencer Account. The first step is to provide your account information (note: the information that you enter here, will be visible for brands and product profiles to see).
Things to consider when creating a new influencer account ✍️:

  • Your ‘Influencer Name’ can match the username that you entered when signing up
  • Keep your ‘Influencer Name’ below 30 characters
  • Upload an ‘Influencer Profile Picture’ thats 5MB or smaller
  • Enter your ‘Influencer Categories of Interest’ carefully, you can enter a maximum of five. This will help us tailor the right campaigns for you
  • When adding ‘Influencer Languages’ only include languages that you plan to post content in
  • Only fields with a red * are required to be filled out

4.2 Creating a New Influencer Account – Accounts

The second step is to connect your accounts.

i) Connecting your Social Channels ✅
The channels you connect, are the channels that you’re able to use on amp&go to market products. You can connect to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, and TikTok.

Please note that:

1. Connecting your accounts is safe and secure. Your credentials are only ever seen, and accessed by you.

2. Your data performance is protected. Only you, and the brands you work with, can see your performance.

For Facebook and Instagram, you’ll want to connect business profiles. Please note, you’re required to have a Facebook Business Page prior to connecting to Instagram.

When connecting, be sure to give amp&go full access, this will help us with tracking, so we can pay you for your performance. Here are more details on the access you’ll grant to amp&go when connecting your social channels (please note: the channel itself will serve pop ups outlining this, and will ask you to opt in):

Connecting to Facebook

  • Manage Pages Access: This allows us to acquire the list of pages that you have created on Facebook, so that you can select which of your Facebook pages you want to publish your posts to from amp&go
  • Publish Pages Access: This allows us to publish posts from the amp&go platform to your selected Facebook Page
  • Read Insights Access: This allows us to read the insight metrics that are generated by the Facebook posts you publish from amp&go

Connecting to Twitter

  • Read Write Access: This allows us to identify your account, to publish your posts from amp&go, and to view the performance data from your live content

Connecting to Instagram

  • Instagram Basic Access: This allows us to identify and verify your Instagram account
  • Manage Pages Access: This allows us to verify which Facebook Page you have connected to your Instagram account

  • Twitch Analytics via SullyGnome Read Only Access: This allows amp&go to read the performance data that is generated from the Twitch videos that you publish from amp&go via SullyGnome tool

Pro tip 💡: If you have more than one account on a social media channel (i.e. a channel for gaming and a channel for fashion), create a second influencer account under the same login – this way you can separate your performance data and apply for campaigns that fit your profiles appropriately.

ii) Connecting to PayPal ✅
What’s cool about amp&go is you generate earnings in real-time based on the performance from the posts you publish. You can then transfer your earnings directly into your account using PayPal.

It’s that quick to get up and running!

4.3 Editing Your Influencer Account

Your influencer account can be updated or changed anytime in your ‘Edit Account’ page. This includes:

  • Amending your influencer account information (what’s visible for brands and product profiles)
  • Connecting / reconnecting social channels
  • Connecting / reconnecting your payment method
  • Updating your user information
4.4 Creating a Second Influencer Account

If you’re an influencer with more than one account on a particular social media channel (lets say you have two Instagram channels, or two YouTube channels) you’ll want to create a second influencer account under the same login. This is really easy to do, just go to your influencer dashboard, hit the Create New ‘Influencer Account’ button, and fill out the fields like you did for your first account. This way you can tweak your categories of interest, and have multiple accounts using the same login.

4.5 How to Switch from Managing One Influencer Account to Another

If you have multiple influencer accounts (as outlined in section 4.4) it’s really easy to switch from managing one to another. You can do this by clicking on the account you want from your ‘Influencer Dashboard’, or you can toggle between accounts via the ‘Accounts’ drop down in the menu. You’ll need to select an influencer account to apply to a campaign, take actions, and check performance.

4.6 Influencer Dashboard

All influencer accounts are housed in your ‘Influencer Dashboard’. Once you’ve selected an account, you’ll find yourself on your homepage. This is where you can:

  • Search and apply for campaigns in your ‘Campaigns’ tab
  • Submit and publish posts in your ‘Actions’ tab
  • Check on how you’re doing in your ‘Performance’ tab
4.7 The Difference Between Brand Accounts & Product Profiles

This graphic shows the hierarchy between ‘Brand Accounts’, ‘Product Profiles’, and ‘Campaigns’.

4.8 Influencer Account Rating

When a campaign ends, a ‘Brand’ gets the chance to rate their experience working with you. You need to have at least 5 ratings, before yours becomes visible. ⭐️

5.0 Your Campaigns

Here’s everything you need to know about searching for, and applying to campaigns.

5.1 Your Campaigns Tab

Once you’ve selected an account from the ‘Influencer Dashboard’, you’ll find yourself on your homepage in a tab titled ‘Campaigns’. Here you’ll see top-line information for both active and completed campaigns.

5.2 Searching for New Campaigns

You can find the ‘Search New Campaign’ page by clicking on the ‘Search’ button in your ‘Campaigns’ tab. This page contains all active campaigns on amp&go that you have not yet applied too. Here you can browse through everything available, or filter your search by category of interest (e.g. games, travel), or your preferred platform.

Each campaign shows up in a list format, where you can see the campaign, brand and product profile name. It’s also important to digest the other information presented – here’s more detail on each item:

  • Campaign Description: This can be found on the campaign page itself, it will provide information regarding the brand, product & campaign details. Please always read this carefully as it will contain important information for your application. I.e it may ask for your shipping address, so that the brand can send you product
  • Start Date: Prior to a ‘Start Date’, you can apply to a campaign, have your application approved, and even create and submit posts, you just won’t be able to publish any posts
  • Platform: If you have an iPhone or iPad choose App Store, if you have an android mobile or tablet choose Google Play – a certain device is not required for website based campaigns
  • Objective: The objective is chosen by the ‘Brand’ and can be one of the following: Impressions, Engagements, Video Views or Clicks (Downloads is coming soon)
  • Earnings per Objective 💰: This is the amount you get paid for each metric that you contribute towards a campaign goal. For example, if the objective is to drive clicks, and the earnings per click is $1, you get $1 for every click you generate from your campaign posts up until the campaign reaches its goal
  • Campaign Goal: This number is set by the ‘Brand’ when they create the campaign. This is the collective goal for all influencers, i.e. if the campaign goal is 10,000 clicks, and 10,000 clicks are generated by all connected influencers, the campaign completes. 🎯
  • Campaign Completion: Knowing when to apply to a campaign, and when to pass is important on amp&go. As you earn up until a campaign hits its goal, be sure to check a campaigns completion percentage when applying

Once you’ve found the campaign you’d like to participate in, you can submit your application.

5.3 Applying to a Campaign

There’s two ways you can apply to a campaign:

  1. A ‘Brand’ may invite you to apply
  2. You can search, and apply via the ‘Search New Campaigns’ page

Your application contains two sections:

  1. An area where you fill out why you would be a good fit for the campaign, including an overview of the content you would like to create. Please note: sometimes a campaign description will ask you for your shipping address – if so, please be sure to include that in the open-field summary box
  2. An area where you fill out the number of posts you want to publish. You are not able to edit an application once its been sent, so make sure you submit your application carefully. Please note: You’ll need to count each individual (15 second) Instagram Story frame as x1 Instagram Story in your application. i.e. if you intend to do x3 (15 second) Instagram Story frames, put 3 Instagram Stories in your application.

Once you’ve sent your application, the campaign will show up in ‘Active Campaigns’ with a badge labelled ‘Application Sent’.

Note: if you have social media channels that are not showing up in your application, please be sure to connect them in your ‘Edit Account’ page.

5.4 When Your Applications Approved / Rejected or you Receive Feedback

When you apply to a campaign, the ‘Brand’ will be notified, and after they’ve reviewed your application, they can choose from the following options:

  • Your Application is Approved ✅: This is great news, you’re now connected to the campaign, and have an agreement – as long as the campaign has not reached its goal (which we’ll notify you of) – to publish the posts you committed to.
  • Your Application has Received Feedback: From time to time a ‘Brand’ may provide feedback to your application. In this scenario you can edit your application and reapply in your ‘Actions’ tab
  • Your Application has been Rejected: This means that your application was unsuccessful, and you will no longer be able to apply, or reapply to this campaign. Don’t take this to heart, sometimes a ‘Brand’ will want something really specific for a campaign. This also does not remove your ability to apply to other campaigns from the same ‘Product Profile’, or ‘Brand’ in the future
5.5 When a Brand Edits a Campaign

Once a campaign has been created, a ‘Brand’ cannot change the objective. They can however, continue to edit information, or add investment, up until approving the first application.

5.6 Duplicate Campaigns

In certain scenarios a ‘Brand’ may wish to duplicate a campaign. If you were approved to the original campaign you will be sent a notification. 📣

5.7 The Campaign Doesn’t Have a Product Link

Occasionally you’ll come across a campaign for a product that has not yet been released and doesn’t have a link. In this scenario there’s two things to be conscious of:

  • You can apply, connect, and submit posts, however your posts won’t be approved until the ‘Brand’ updates the campaign information with an application link
  • If the campaign is for an App Store app, the ‘Brand’ may provide a Public URL so you can test the product pre-launch
5.8 Active Campaigns

When you’re connected to a campaign, it will show up in ‘Active Campaigns’.

Here in list form, you’ll be able to see:

  • Top-line information for the campaign
  • Your contribution as a percentage of the overall campaign
  • How the campaign is tracking against its goal
  • How many impressions / engagements / video views / or clicks you’ve achieved
  • How many posts you have live
  • How many posts you have remaining to publish
5.9 Campaign Pages

A ‘Campaign Page’ shows your performance, as well as the performance of all other influencers connected to the campaign. You can take actions here, like submitting a post for approval, or publishing a post. You can also view your ‘Live Posts’.

5.10 Completed Campaigns

A Campaign can end in the following scenarios:

(A) When a Campaign Goal has been fulfilled; or
(B) When The Brand or Product Profile has taken no new action on a Campaign for four weeks i.e. they have not approved, provided feedback or rejected an application, neither approved, or provided feedback to a post.

In either event the ‘Brand’ can choose to end the Campaign. At this stage the Campaign will move from ‘Active Campaigns’ to ‘Completed Campaigns’, and the Campaign page will update to show the following two modules:

  • Influencers Performance Achieved After Campaign: This shows the number of metrics that were generated by “you” after the campaign ended
  • Total Performance Achieved After Campaign: This shows the number of metrics that were generated by “all” connected influencers after the campaign ended

Please note: In the unlikely event that a Brand ends a campaign before its goal has been achieved, this will not affect your earnings, you will still be paid for all metrics that have been generated from your post/s up until that point in time.

5.11 When a Campaign Goal is Fulfilled or a Campaign Ends

When a Campaign Goal has been fulfilled, or a Brand ends a campaign, you will no longer be able to apply, submit posts for approval, publish posts, or continue to generate earnings from your live posts. You will be notified of this at the time.

5.12 Rating a Product Profile After a Campaign has Completed

Once a campaign completes, you can rate the ‘Brand’ – you do this in the completed campaign page. Please be fair and measure your rating on your experience working with the product, not on the performance that you drove. ⭐️

6.0 Your Actions

There are three sections in your ‘Actions’ Tab: Resubmit Applications, Submit Posts for Approval, & Publish Posts. The following will go through these in detail. 🔍

6.1 Resubmit Applications

A ‘Brand’ from time to time, may provide feedback to your application. In this scenario, you’ll see the campaign pop up in the ‘Resubmit Applications’ section of your ‘Actions’ tab. If you click on the button ‘Reapply’, you’ll be able to view the product profiles feedback, edit your application, and resubmit for approval. Once resubmitted, the campaign will reappear in your ‘Campaigns’ tab with the label ‘Application Sent’.

6.2 Submit Posts for Approval

Once you’re connected to a campaign, you can begin to work on your content. Each post that you included in your application will show up in the ‘Submit Posts for Approval’ section. You’ll notice a red circle in the top right, this indicates how many posts you’ve committed for that particular social channel.

Once you click on the post you can upload your creative and copy, then submit it to the product profile for approval. When doing so, keep the following in mind:

  • All posts on amp&go need the ‘Brands’ approval prior to you publishing them, so please be sure to follow the Post Guidance
  • It’s only a mandatory requirement to include {link} for a campaign with a clicks objective
  • When asked to include a product link, place the wording {link} in the space where you want amp&go to apply the final tracking URL (we do this for you to make things easier 😉). For Instagram posts or stories we’ll provide you a product link to use for your bio, or story swipe-up
  • When uploading an image, please ensure it’s 5MB or smaller, and that the format is either a JPG or PNG file
  • When uploading a video, please ensure it’s 100MB or smaller, and that the format is either an MP4, AVI or MOV file
  • If you have taken a photo on iOS 11 and you’re uploading it to amp&go on your laptop or desktop you will need to convert the HEIC file format to a JPG or PNG file before uploading for approval
  • For Instagram Stories, you will need to upload each individual (15 second video or still) frame to amp&go. If you have a video that is longer than 15 seconds, and you wish to post consecutively, please cut the video into 15 second frames or less and submit to the brand for approval. Please note: all frames must include the relevant campaign messaging, handle/s and hashtag/s
  • The copy and creative you upload should be final
  • Please be sure to disclose, in a clear and conspicuous manner, the nature of a post, be it paid, promoted or sponsored. If available, use a Paid Partnership / Promotion tool, in additional to this, include #ad or #sponsored disclosures in the copy caption of every post, on every channel, clearly and in a conspicuous place (above the fold, not buried in a long string of hashtags). For Instagram in particular, disclosures must be above the “more” button at the end of the first three lines of caption text. For video content, an additional disclosure must be included within the video itself in addition to the caption. An influencers endorsement must be honest and not misleading, and if they’re partnering with a brand or product they need to let the consumer know.
  • Once you’ve submitted a post for approval, you’ll notice that the status will change from ‘Pending Upload’ to ‘Submitted for Approval’.

6.3 Post Approval / Post Feedback

Once you submit your post for approval, the ‘Brand’ will be notified. After they’ve reviewed the post, they can choose from the following options:

  • Your Post is Approved ✅: You are now approved to publish
  • Your Post has Received Feedback: No worries, this can happen. In this scenario the post status will change to ‘Feedback Received’. If you click through you can read the feedback, edit your post and resubmit for approval
6.4 Publish Posts

Once the ‘Brand’ has approved your post, the status will change to ‘Ready to Publish’. Publishing posts is super easy. Here’s how it works:

  • For Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube you can just hit the publish button in the ‘Ready to Publish’ pop up. The post will go live on your channel instantly. ⚡️
  • For Instagram, please publish your post or story on Instagram directly, then immediately go back to amp&go, click on the post, and follow the instructions to attach the post or story ID. This is more simple than it sounds, and we’ll guide you through it.

Once your post is published it will move to the ‘Live Posts’ section. You’ll then start generating performance, and every metric that contributes towards the campaign goal, you earn from.

6.5 Deleting a Post when it has a Ready to Publish Status

If your post has been approved, and you change your mind about your content / or you want to edit the post… don’t worry just hit delete, and the post will move back to the ‘Submit Posts for Approval’ section. You can then upload an edited version, and resubmit for approval. 💪

6.6 Live Posts

Once you’ve published a post, it will show up in ‘Live Posts’. If you click on a post, you are given the option to view it on the social channel itself.

‘Live Posts’ will begin to accumulate performance that will contribute towards the campaigns goal.

If for some reason, you need the trackable product link, you can also find this within each live post cell.

6.7 Posts Live / Posts Remaining

You can check the number of campaign posts you have live (Posts Live), and the number of posts you have remaining (Posts Remaining) any time in the ‘Influencers Performance’ module in the ‘Campaign Page’.

6.8 Content Ownership

On an amp&go basic or premium campaign, all content produced and published by you (the influencer), is owned by you. The Brand, and /or Product Profile, therefore do not have rights to use your content, or material, across other designated marketing / advertising channels / or marketing outlets that they own or manage.
The Brand and Product Profile are, however, allowed to retweet, share, and repost your social posts to their brand or product social media profiles.
On an amp&go ads campaign, the brand has rights to your content for the specified time period, across a specified region, including specified channels.
The Brand therefore has the right to use your content, or material across specified marketing, advertising channels and/or marketing outlets that they own or manage.
This is inclusive of organic retweets, shares, and reposts of any content posted in accordance with the Campaign to the Brands social media channels. Please refer to your influencer agreement for full details.
When you publish a post to your social channel / channels, we ask you to keep this content up in perpetuity, unless otherwise stated.

6.9 Removing / Deleting a Live Post

In the circumstance that you publish a post that is not correct, or for a business critical reason needs to be removed or deleted, please contact amp&go here, or via your messages page immediately. Please include the post link, your name, the name of the campaign, and the reason for removal. amp&go will then take measures to inform the Product Profile and / or Brand.

> Contact amp&go

6.10 Social Channel Disconnection

In the circumstance that one, or more of your social channels become disconnected to amp&go, we will no longer be able to track the performance of your live posts. This means that your post / posts will no longer contribute towards a campaign goal, and will therefore not generate any earnings. In this instance, amp&go will reach out, and notify you of the disconnection, providing steps on how you can reconnect your channels. You will also be notified at log in, and will not be able to continue to your influencer dashboard, or homepage until you have reconnected your channel / channels.

6.11 Measures to Stop Fake or Inflated Engagement

Please note; amp&go have robust measures to stop fake or inflated engagement occurring on posts that influencers publish, both through the amp&go platform, as well as posts published directly to Instagram. If we find an influencer who is doing this, they will be removed from the platform.

6.12 FTC Guidelines and an Influencers Clear Disclosure of the Nature of a Post

It is an influencers duty, across all social posts and platforms to disclose, in a clear and conspicuous manner, the nature of a post, be it paid, promoted or sponsored. If available, use a Paid Partnership / Promotion tool, in additional to this include, #ad or #sponsored disclosures in the copy caption of every post, on every channel, clearly and in a conspicuous place (above the fold, not buried in a long string of hashtags).

7.1 Your Performance Tab

This is where you can see data from both your active and completed campaigns. You can view top-line numbers, browse best performing posts, and filter your data by either date, campaign or by channel for a closer look. 🔍

7.2 Campaign Performance

You can view data for a specific campaign in its ‘Campaign Page’. Here you’ll be able to track your performance, as well as the performance from all other influencers connected to the campaign. You can take actions, submit posts for approval, publish posts, and view how your live posts are performing on a post by post basis.

7.3 Downloading Performance Data

You can download your campaign performance via the ‘Export Campaign Data’ button. ⬇️

All performance data is updated everyday at 6.30 a.m., 12.30 p.m. 6.30 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. GMT.

7.5 Proportionality Rule

When a Campaign Goal is fulfilled in-between data drawdown periods (6.30 a.m., 12.30 p.m. 6.30 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. GMT) on an amp&go basic campaign, influencers will be paid based on the percentage of performance they drove during that period. i.e. if at the start of the period there were 100 earn-able clicks left for a campaign to reach completion, and you achieved 10% of all performance achieved during that timeframe, you would be paid for 10 clicks. Any remaining metrics will then be distributed post by post, starting with the first post that went live.

5.6 Performance Definitions

All performance metrics (Impressions, Engagements, Video Views and Clicks) on amp&go are defined as follows:

Data Performance on Facebook

  • Engagements: The number of people who clicked anywhere on the post
  • Video Views: The number of people who viewed the video for at least 3 seconds. In the case where the video is less than 3 seconds, a video view will count once the video has been viewed in its entirety. During a second instance of a video playing, we’ll exclude any time spent replaying the video
  • Impressions: The number of people who had the post appear on their screen. Posts include statuses, photos, links, videos and more

Data Performance on Instagram

  • Engagements: The total number of likes and comments on the media object
  • Video Views: The total number of times the video has been seen. Please do not post video carousels, these will not generate performance data.
  • Impressions: The total number of times the media object has been seen

Data Performance on Twitter

  • Please note, Twitter does not pass-off Impression or Video View data to 3rd Party Platforms. Therefore influencers will not be able to include Twitter posts in their application for campaigns with an Impressions or Video Views objective.

Data Performance on YouTube

  • Impressions: The total number of annotation impressions
  • Engagements: The number of times that users commented on a video, The number of times that users indicated that they liked a video by giving it a positive rating, The number of times that users indicated that they disliked a video by giving it a negative rating, The number of times that users shared a video through the Share button

  • Impressions: The total number of people who viewed a banner during a stream
  • Video Views: The total number of people who viewed a stream for a specific game or product. For instance, if you streamed for 4 hours, but only streamed as part of a campaign for 2 hours, views will only be counted for the 2 hours of the campaign’s stream.

  • Engagements: The number of times that users commented on a video, he number of times that users indicated that they liked a video by giving it a positive rating, The number of times that users shared a video through the Share button

Please note: If at any stage you wish to delete your data, please disconnect your social media channels from the edit profile page – this will stop our ability to track the performance on posts that you post via amp&go. You can also contact community@ampandgo.com and/ or support@ampandgo.com at any stage for manual removal, and our team will remove your account. Our team around the world is here to help you at all stages in your amp&go journey, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. We take your privacy and data seriously.

8.0 Payment

This section shows how you earn money on the platform, and how you transfer the balance that you’ve generated, into your PayPal account. 💰

8.1 Campaign Earnings

When applying to an amp&go basic campaign, you have visibility into the Earnings per Objective (or otherwise known earnings per metric). This, in U.S. dollars, is how much you get paid for each metric that you drive towards a campaign goal. For example, if the objective is to drive clicks, and the earnings per click is $1, you get $1 for every click you generate from your campaign posts, up until the campaign reaches its goal. Unlike other platforms or services, there are no hidden charges, all the earnings you generate on amp&go belong to you.

You can view the earnings you’ve made for a particular campaign by clicking through to its ‘Campaign Page’. Here, you can also see the earnings you’ve made on a post by post basis. If you wish to view all the earnings you’ve made across all campaigns on amp&go, you can see this in your ‘Performance’ tab.

If participating in an amp&go ads or amp&go premium campaign, your earnings will be outlined in your campaign agreement.

8.2 Balance

On an amp&go basic campaign, You get paid for every metric that drives towards a campaign goal – when this happens you’ll begin to accrue a balance that can be seen in your profile 💵. Your balance updates at 6.30 a.m., 12.30 p.m. 6.30 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. GMT every day.
As earnings per objective can vary, you may see your balance in four decimals.

If participating in an amp&go ads or amp&go premium campaign, your balance will be updated in line with your campaign agreement.

9.0 Referring New Users to amp&go

amp&go is all about community, so we reward you for inviting your friends to the platform.

Here’s how it works:

For a limited time, refer a new influencer, or brand to amp&go, and receive 5% of amp&go’s fee on every campaign they complete for 12 months from sign-up. 💰

It’s really easy to do:

From your homepage click through to the ‘Refer Friends’ page. Here you can toggle between referring an Influencer, or a brand. You refer someone by simply adding their email address, and clicking the Refer button. You can then track who’s pending and who’s signed up.

Please note referring an influencer or brand does not enable them to see anything on your profile or account – you’re simply inviting them to create their own amp&go account. It’s a really great way to let your friends join the community, and for you to share your amp&go experience with them.

10.0 How Notifications Work

Notifications 📣 are a useful way for you to be updated on the progress of campaigns. You can find your notifications via the megaphone symbol in the top nav bar. The blue circle indicates how many unread notifications you currently have. It’s also really simple to know which notifications you’ve actioned, and which ones you haven’t, all unread notifications are highlighted in blue.

11.0 How Messages Work

amp&go has an internal messaging tool 📥 that can be used whenever you need help from one of our team members. Just drop us a note, and we’ll get back to you asap. We’ll also use this to communicate important platform updates.
